About Me

Dr. Grace Wang-Daly PT, DPT, TPS

Hello!

I’m a physical therapist based in the San Francisco Peninsula, California. I strive to empower my clients to optimize their movement and function so that they can live a quality life as they define it. I work with clients with a wide range of conditions including orthopedic and chronic pain conditions.

I received my doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) from University of California, San Francisco/ San Francisco State University in 2018. During my training and upon finishing my doctorate program, I acquired a wide range of experience from small outpatient orthopedic clinics to large and complex hospital settings. In addition to seeing clients through my mobile clinic, I also work in a hospital-based outpatient clinic serving patients with orthopedic and chronic pain conditions.

I am a life-long learner and am especially interested in taking a more holistic approach to physical therapy. My learning journey has included being certified in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)-informed rehabilitation, Functional Nutrition for Chronic Pain (FNCP), and Trauma-Informed Care through the Integrative Pain Science Institute (IPSI), rehabilitation-oriented Qi Gong Tai Chi through Institute for Rehabilitative Qi Gong and Tai Chi (IRQTC). I am also a certified Therapeutic Pain Specialist Pain (TPS) through Evidence in Motion and Purdue University. Most recently, I have trained with Herman & Wallace for pelvic floor rehabilitation.

In my personal life, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, and enjoying the beauty of nature. I love spending time with my husband, and loved ones near and far, especially over delicious home-cooked meals.
