Personalized physical therapy for orthopedic and chronic pain conditions
Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is the art and science of physical rehabilitation from any bodily condition working from a holistic model of care. When you have an injury or develop a chronic condition that affects your physical and mental well-being, living life the way you want can be put on hold. Physical therapy can be a game-changer in helping you get back to doing things you need to do and love to do.
What to Expect
You can expect a thorough physical therapy evaluation, an individualized treatment plan including follow-up appointments, and guidance and instruction on how to recover and/or manage your symptoms so that you can hit the resume button on life.
Services
I am currently offering in-person and virtual physical therapy visits. In-person visits may be at home or at a location of your choice within a 15 mile radius of Redwood City.
I specialize in providing care to individuals managing acute or chronic pain as well as common orthopedic conditions ranging from 5 to 100+ years old.

Health & Wellness
Health & Wellness
Health and wellness is the practice of healthy habits that move you towards an optimal physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual state of being by addressing practices of healthy living, regular physical activity, and basic nutritional guidance. Like all of my services, your values and goals will guide the approach towards a healthier life.
What to Expect
The first session would include an intake which helps me understand more about you and your personal values and goals.
The following sessions will consist of doing a check in, warm-up, and physical exercise routine that is tailored to you.
Services
I offer 60 or 90 minute individual health and wellness sessions.
Please note that health and wellness services do not include providing advice on or treating an injury.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Where do in-person visits take place?
I am a mobile clinic and can arrange a meeting place to accommodate your needs and preferences. During an initial consultation, we can discuss what works best for you. I can travel within a 15 mile radius from Redwood City, CA. Any additional mileage may incur fees for travel.
Can I directly access physical therapy services without a doctor’s referral?
Under California law, you may receive direct physical therapy treatment services for a period of up to 45 calendar days or 12 visits, whichever occurs first, after which time a physical therapist may continue providing you with physical therapy treatment services only after receiving the following from a CA-certified physician (M.D. or D.O.) or CA- certified podiatrist (DPM):
- A dated signature on the physical therapist’s plan of care indicating approval of the physical therapist’s plan of care
- An in-person patient examination and evaluation was conducted by the physician and surgeon or podiatrist.
How much will it cost?
My services are cash-based at this time, meaning that I do not network with any private insurance companies or Medicare/Medicaid. However, you may be able to submit the invoice to your insurance company to receive reimbursement. Like any service, you should know upfront how much it will cost. Depending on what services you need, pricing will vary. Check out my rates below:
